If you are like me, you just can’t wait to get your hands on the upcoming Fall/Winter Collection 2007. As the anticipation builds, don’t forget to look over the retirement list once again. Remember, you only have until the end of this month to get the sets that appear on the list. It is also a good time to stock up on your favorite In Color~TM choices as they will retire at the end of June also. We’ll also be bidding adieu to the Spring Mini-Catalog, so be sure to get your favorite products from that catalog as well. On June 20th, Stampin’ Up! ® will release the list of retiring accessories and those items will be first-come, first-serve.
Another reason to stock up on your favorite stamps and accessories is that in the new catalog you will notice general price increase of about five percent on all products. Stampin’ Up!® strives to keep prices as low as possible and this is the first across-the-board increase in more than ten years. The increase is necessary to cover the rising costs of materials and production. If you have any questions about this increase, I’ll be happy to answer them for you. In the meantime, it is a good idea to stock up on the essentials.
Happy to Have ~ In Color® Color Products
Tell the truth, every time you think of Cool Caribbean retiring you think it must be some kind of joke. Surely they are going to say, “Just Kidding” and merge it into the regular colors. How do we even begin to say goodbye to Cranberry Crisp? It got us through Christmas with a little help from True Thyme. Bye bye Buckaroo Blue, see you later Marigold Morning, so long Vintage Violet. It is just so sad. Well, that is until you remember that six more awesome new colors are lined up for their year in the spotlight.
The In Color~TM line of products is a way for Stampin’ Up!® to keep fresh colors available without altering their amazing color ensemble already in place. Offering a handful of new colors each year is an exciting way to liven up your cards and layouts. Be sure to order the refills of ink and cardstock in your favorite shades before the end of June. But don’t get too discouraged, there are new hues on the way to lighten your saying goodbye blues. Look for In Color~TM spotlights to begin here when the new collection is released.
