June Stamp Camp

Yesterday was Stamp Camp at Gail's House. We had 9 people and loads of fun. We had some great fried chicken, potato salad, veggies and killer brownies (dilly-lish!) and fun was had by all!!

I featured some of the new stamps from the Fall Winter preview 2007.

We made 3 different cards.

The "Tommy" card featured the Do the Hula set and the soon retiring Journey Designer series paper. I tweaked this from my Father's Day card - my Dad is a big fan of Tommy Bahamas shirts and so I thought it would be a fun card to do for a masculine bday as well - always needs those!!

Then we used the Baroque Motif and the Holiday Wishes sets and the "bling bling" rhinestone brads to do the "From the Heart" card. I gave them 2 options:

Last but not least, we used the Pick a Petal chip oard and traced the petals from the Palette O' Prints paper (including the new Sky Blue featured in the preview) and then the circle came from the Pick a Petals stamp set and the Friends and Thinking of You stamps came from the new Three for You Punch Box.

We even had our youngest stamper yet, Caitlyn!

Shout out to Dee on her Naperville Triathlon completion :)

See ya next month!

Love the pedal cards. Need to get that set ordered. Great Idea and can do so much with them.
